(3) Assembling the air nozzle
1) Secure the air tube and cylinder sensor cords
with cable clip
. At this time, do not x air tube
together with the above.
2) Secure the air nozzle with cord clamps (small)
.
3) Pass the secured air tubes and cylinder sensor
cords through the air nozzle and cord clamp
(large)
and x them on the right side face of
the arm with the screw.
(4) Connecting the suction pipe
Connect suction pipes
and
respective-
ly to air nozzle
as shown in the gure.
At this time, carefully prevent the moving
section (including the cylinder rod) from
coming in contact with the pipe.
Bird's nest suction pipe (coming from the bed)
Shorter remaining thread suction pipe (coming from the throat plate base)
Secure the air tube and cylinder sensor cords with
cable clip
.
Fix the air hose and cords so that they
are neither crushed nor applied with un-
necessary force when tilting the machine
head.
Fix the air tube and
cylinder sensor cord
with cord clamp (medi-
um)
