10 Faul localisation and identification
10.1 Fault localisation
A
IIf the fault cannot be eliminated, decommission the truck and inform the service de-
partment.
Fault Possible cause Remedial action
Vehicle does
not work.
– Battery is still being
charged
– The key switch is set to
OFF.
– Batteries are insuf-
ficiently charged.
– Fuses defiective
– Battery does not char-
ge.
– Disconnect 230 V connection
– Turn the key clockwise as far as it will
go.
– Check battery charge and charge batte-
ry, if necessary
– Check fuses 1F1 and F1
– Check the charger fuse F2, check the
battery terminal connections.
– Check the magnetic switch (see D2).
Load cannot
be lifted
– Truck is not operational
– Fuse defective
– Hydraulic oil level too
low.
– Carry out all of the remedial actions li-
sted under “Vehicle does not work”.
– Check fuse 1F1.
– Check level of hydraulic oil.
