If your Jungheinrich Forklifts truck won't start and the load cannot be lifted, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the battery connector is properly plugged in. Next, check that the key switch is set to the "I" position. If the battery is still charging, disconnect the 230 volt connection. Also, verify the battery charge level and charge if necessary. Check the charger and battery terminal connections to ensure they are working. Inspect fuses 2F1 and F1 for any faults. If the hydraulic oil level is too low, check and replenish it. Make sure the load isn't exceeding the maximum capacity specified on the data plate. If the charge capacity is below 40%, charge the battery.
