– There is damage on the rollers and on the surfaces of the
cup and the cone inner race that touch the rollers.

Lubricate the king pins and bushings
1 Park the vehicle on a level surface. Block the wheels to pre‐
vent the vehicle from moving. Set the parking brake.
2 Verify that the tires touch the ground. Do not raise the vehicle.
The full weight of the vehicle must be on the axle assembly.
3 Clean all grease fittings before you lubricate the king pins.
4 Lubricate the king pins through the top (A) and bottom (B)
grease fittings.
