3.13 Calculate subsystems
The commands in this subsystem are used to configure and control the three Calculate sub-
systems and are summarized in Table 3-4.
3.13.1 :CALCulate[1]
This subsystem is used to configure and control the Polynomial and Percent math calculations.
Detailed information on math calculations is provided in paragraph 2.18.

:CALCulate[1]:FORMat <name> Specify CALC 1 format
Parameters <name> = NONE No calculation

Query :FORMat? Query programmed math format
Description This command is used to specify the format for the CALC 1 math calculation. With NONE se-
lected, no CALC 1 calculation is performed. With one of the other formats selected and CALC
1 enabled (see :STATe), the result of the calculation is displayed. The calculated reading is re-
freshed every time the instrument takes a reading.

Parameters <NRf> = -9.999999e30 to +9.999999e30
Query :MA0Factor? Query "a0" factor
Description This command is used to define the "a0" factor for the polynomial calculation.
:MA1Factor <NRf>
:CALCulate[1]:KMATh:MA1Factor <NRf> Specify "a1" factor
Parameters <NRf> = -9.999999e20 to +9.999999e20
Query :MA1Factor? Query "a1" factor
Description This command is used to specify the "a1" factor for the polynomial calculation.
