Command Processing
This test has the following setup:
1. Set the source range to 1V, turning autorange off.
2. Set the source function to volts.
3. Turn output ON.
4. A series of smua.source.levelv() commands are sent out to alternate the
smu voltage level between 1V and 0V.
5. Time is recorded on the scope measuring the period between the time the
GPIB ATN line stops moving and when the output of the smu begins to
change.
6. Turn output OFF.
