10. OTHER COMPONENTS
10.1. Secondary choke L002
• The secondary choke reduces the ripple contents of secondary current
• To achieve better welding properties L002 is constructed so that choke saturates in certain voltage and current values
10.2. Shunt resistor R002
• Secondary current is measured with the shunt resistor
10.3. Output RFI filter unit RC001
• Capacitors C001 to C005, varistor R003 and two power resistors forms a radio frequency interference (RFI) unit to re-
duce radio frequency interference.
10.4. Machine output terminals X002, X003 and X004
• Machine has two (+) terminals X002 and X003 and one (-) terminal X004
10.5. Auxiliary transformer T002
• The auxiliary transformer (T002) is a toroid transformer. It has 400 V primary and 38V and 20V secondary.
• 20V secondary supplies the control card A001 circuitry and the fans M001 and M002
• 38V secondary voltage is rectified with auxiliary rectifier (G003) to 50V dc –voltage
10.6. Auxiliary rectifier bridge G003
• 50V dc voltage supplies the serial communication bus and devices that are connected to it
