6. ERR0R CODES
• In error situation welding is stopped and an error code is displayed on the panel
• If there are multiple errors at the same time only one can be displayed at a time. After user has cleared one error
next is displayed and so on until there is no more errors
• Some of these errors are related in Fastmig Pulse/Kemparc products so they not appearing in Fastmig X product
Error code Problem description Action/Solution description
1 Power source not calibrated or
calibration data cannot not found
Restart power source, if the problem continues after multiple
startups, check the power source processor card A002
2 Mains under voltage Check the mains voltage.
3 Mains over voltage Check the mains voltage.
4 Over heat, power source Do not shut down the machine, cooling fans will cool the
machine. Check the ventilation. If cooling fans are not running,
check the power source connections and voltages.
5 Auxiliary voltage +15VDC too low
(control card
led H9 +15VDC)
Main supply voltage is too low or aux supply faulty, check the
main/aux supplies. Can show up also if one of the mains
phases is missing. Note! Only one of the three phases can
affect this error if missing (one where aux transformer is NOT
connected).
6 Power source error/internal error Switch machine ON/OFF, control card faulty
7 Wire feeder not connected Check interconnection cable and connetion
8 FPGA not configured Restart the power source, if the problem continues after
multiple startups check the power source control cards.
9 Measuring cable error Measuring cable not connected to machine or welding piece. Measur-
ing cable faulty
10 Unknown process Power source not support that process
11 Cut Off card Z004 control error Cut Off card faulty, card connector loosen. Switch machine ON/OFF
12 Welding cable fault Welding circuit in short circuit. Wrong connections, cable broken, In
line MMA/TIG power source connected to weld piece at the same time
when MIG/MAG is used or external powersource is broken.
21 Water unit not calibrated or cali-
bration data cannot not found
Water unit calibration data not found. Switch machine ON/OFF
22 Cooling liquid low pressure alarm Cooling liquid level too low, leakage in cooling pipes
23 Cooling liquid high pressure alarm Cooling liquid flow stucked, check pipes
24 Cooling liquid over tempure alarm Cooling liquid too hot, wait until liquid cool down
25 Cooling liquid lever alarm Cooling liquid level too low
26 Cooling liquid flow alarm Cooling liquid flow stucked, check pipes, air in pump
27 Water cooler error Restart the power source, if the problem continues after
multiple startups check the power source control cards.
41 Wire feeder not calibrated Wire feeder calibration data not found, switch machine ON/OFF
42 WF Motor over current warning Check the gun and the consumable parts
43 WF Motor over current error Check the gun and the consumable parts
44 WF motor speed alarm Tacho signal missing, tacho card faulty
45 Shielding gas alarm Gas pressure too low, check cas pipe and connections
46 Water cooled mig gun over tem-
perature alarm
