Preparation for Power Supply
Before turning on power to the equipment, be sure to verify the following:

The E5061B requires the following power source:
Power Cable
In accordance with international safety standards, this instrument is equipped
with a three-wire power cable. When connected to an appropriate ac power
outlet, this cable grounds the instrument frame. The type of power cable
shipped with each instrument depends on country of destination. For power
cable options, refer to http://www.keysight.com/find/powercords.
Requirements
Voltage 100 -240 VAC ± 10% (Vpeak ≧ 120 V)
Frequency 47 to 63 Hz
Maximum power consumption 300 VA
For protection from electrical shock, the power cable ground must not be
defeated.
The power plug must be plugged into an outlet that provides a protective
earth ground connection.
