Troubleshooting
Front Panel Hardkeys or Softkeys are Not Functioning
Verify individual key functionality by performing the Front Panel Key Test.
Pressing each key should darken the location on the front panel associated
with that key.
Press: Utility > Instrument Info > Front Panel Tests > Key Test
— If intermittent operation occurs, replace the A1 Front Panel assembly.
— If more than 50% of the keys do not cause the corresponding test area to
change color, replace the A1 Front Panel assembly.
