Performing User Calibration
Using the CX1101A/CX1102A/CX1103A
Setting > Channels > Channel N screen:
• Channel N: ON
• Scale: 5 A/
• Offset: 0 A
• Bandwidth Limit: OFF
• Invert Polarity: OFF
Setting > Sensor/Probe > Channel N screen:
• Channel N: ON
• Current Range: 10 A
Setting > Digital Channels screen:
• Digital Channels: OFF
b. Control the current source (Keysight B2900) and apply the current of the
following co
ndition. For setting up the current source, refer to its User's
Guide.
Condition:
• Pulse base: 0 A
• Pulse peak: +10 A
• Pulse width: 1 ms
• Duty cycle:  2.5% for the Keysight B2900 series
c. Control the CX3300 and acquire the waveform as shown below.
1. Press the
Run/Stop key to start waveform acquisition.
2. Acquire the waveform as shown in Figure 3-3.
3. Press the
Run/Stop key to stop waveform acquisition.
