Rack mount UHD100T32
UHD100T32 is a compact chassis that you can set up as a stand-alone desktop unit or a rack-mounted
chassis. It is a 1U (1 rack unit) device but quite heavy.
We recommend two people to install the device in a rack.

You can rack mount UHD100T32 by performing the following steps:

Mount the chassis
l
Ground the chassis
l
Connect to the power supply
l
Verify basic chassis operation
l
Connect network cables
Mount the chassis
To mount the chassis, do the following:
1.
Attach each of the front-post and rear-post brackets to the device by using four of the included
bracket screws.
2.
Use an additional two screws to secure each of the rear-post brackets at the mid-point on the
sides of the device.
3.
Use the screws and cage nuts supplied with the rack to secure the device in the rack.
4.
Lock the position of the rear-post bracket ears by using the position-locking screws that are
included.
