How do we know the status of ports?
The UHD100T32 fixed chassis provides LED indicators that provide a visual presentation of the
operational status of the device and its individual ports. The About UHD100T32 topic provides
complete information about LED indicators.
Which IP addresses need to be assigned?
The UHD100T32 chassis system requires a management IP address.
If your network implements a DHCP service, the UHD100T32 IP addresses are automatically assigned
by that service, unless you choose to assign a static IP address instead. When assigning static IP
addresses, you must observe the following requirement:
The address cannot be on the following subnets:
10.0.x.x/16
10.1.1.x/16
These subnets are reserved for internal chassis and card communications.
Failure to observe these requirements may result in connectivity failures.
