Noise figure measurement summary
1. For N5247B, the low-noise receiver and tuner works up to 50 GHz only.
2. External preamplifier and filter(s) required if DUT excess noise (gain plus noise figure) is < 30 dB up to
20 GHz, < 40 dB up to 50 GHz, or < 45 dB up to 67 GHz.
3. Only N4690 Series ECal modules are supported for use as an impedance tuner.
