Making Measurements
Using RCal Directly from the 89600 VSA
The Calibration Configuration Table should be unpopulated. If not, Delete
All rows.
14. Select User Current Meas > Duplicate Row >
W Path Control > W
Presel Bypass to populate a row using the current measurement settings.
Duplicate this row if comparisons for both the Standard Path and
µW
Preselector Bypass are desired.
15. Select the Calibrate checkbox on both rows and then Calibrate Checked
Rows to run the calibration.
16. When calibration is complete, select Apply.
