僅 Open the hood after turning off the
vehicle on a flat surface, shifting the
gear to the P (Park) position and set

ting the parking brake.
僅 Before closing the hood, ensure that
all obstructions are removed from the
hood opening. Closing the hood with
an obstruction present in the hood
opening may result in property dam

age or severe personal injury.
僅 Do not leave gloves, rags or any other
combustible material in the motor
compartment. Doing so may cause a
heat-induced fire.
僅 Always double check to be sure that
the hood is firmly latched before driv

ing away. If it is not latched, the hood
could open while the vehicle is being
driven, causing total loss of visibility,
which might result in an accident.
僅 Do not move the vehicle with the
hood raised. The view will be blocked
and the hood could fall or be dam

aged.

Front trunk lever
僅 Open the hood.
僅 Lift up the front trunk cover while
depressing the front trunk lever (1).
Closing the front trunk
Push down the front trunk cover.
Available front trunk weight
僅 2WD: 25 kg (55 lbs.)
僅4WD: 10 kg (25 lbs.)
Available front trunk weight depends on
the specifications.
僅 NEVER make an attempt to get inside
the front trunk. It will cause a fatal
injury.
僅 Before closing the hood, ensure all

will rise up or move down automati
