E. ADJUSTING TOE-IN
1. Park tractor on a flat place.
2. Turn steering wheel so front wheels are in the
straight ahead position.
3. Lower the implement, lock the park brake and stop
the engine.
4. Measure distance between tire beads at front of tire,
hub height.
5. Measure distance between tire beads at rear of tire,
hub height.
6. Front distance should be 2 to 8 mm less than rear
distance. If not, adjust tie rod length.

F. ADJUSTING PROCEDURE
1. Loosen the lock nut and turn the turnbuckle to ad-
just the rod length until the proper toe-in measure-
ment is obtained.
2. Retighten the lock nut.
