When any defect is observed during inspection,
stop using the Chain Hoist, indicate Failure/
Inspection underway and consult with the
competent person or KITO for repair.
Use of a faulty Chain Hoist may result in death or severe injury.

sheet according to the operation environment
and conditions of the customer, and perform the
inspection. Be sure to include all check items into
the check sheet.
