Chain Spring • Check visually and measure
the dimensions.
Dimensional standard
• Check visually to have no apparent setting
(deformation).
The deformation of the Cushion
Rubber and the Chain Spring is
caused by excessive use of the
Friction Clutch and the Limit
Switch. Operate the electric
chain hoist properly.
Otherwise it may result in bodily injury
or property damage.
CAUTION
Mandatory
Service Limit of Chain Spring for Capacity (Do
not fall short of the limit value.)

• The stopper must be attached securely at the
third link from the no load end of the Load
Chain.
Attach the Stopper at
the third link.
Limit Lever • Check visually and by
moving by hand.
• To have no deformation, damage and abrasion
• To move smoothly
• To have no stain
Limit Lever.
Replace the Limit
Lever.
Disassemble the Limit
Lever and clean.
