    • B
      Brett StewartAug 17, 2025

Why are there streaks through my Konica Minolta 7216 copies?
    • R
      Robert MaynardAug 19, 2025
Streaks and specks on your copies can be caused by several factors. The Original Glass or document pad might be dirty, so wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth and clean the document pad with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent. If you are copying a highly translucent original, place a blank sheet of paper over the document. If copying a thin double-sided document, the information on the back side may be reproduced; use the DENSITY SET key to select a lighter density for the background. Finally, the Imaging Unit may have reached the end of its service life; in this case, contact your service representative.

      Rebecca BranchAug 22, 2025
If your copies are too dark, the copy density might be set too high. Use the DENSITY SET key to select a lighter copy density. Also, ensure the document is pressed closely against the Original Glass when copying.

What to do if my Konica Minolta 7216 copy is too light?
    • K
      Kathryn PriceAug 26, 2025
If your copies are coming out too light, it could be due to a light density setting or damp paper. Try using the DENSITY SET key to select a darker copy density. If that doesn't work, replace the paper.

What to do if my Konica Minolta 7216 copies are blurry?
    • S
      Sharon SmithAug 27, 2025
Blurry copies from your Konica Minolta All in One Printer can be caused by damp paper or the document not being pressed closely enough against the Original Glass. Try replacing the paper first. If that doesn't solve the issue, make sure to position the document so that it is pressed closely against the Original Glass.

How to fix image alignment issues on my Konica Minolta 7216?
    • H
      hansenkaylaAug 30, 2025
If the image is not aligned properly on the paper, make sure the document is correctly positioned against the Document Scales. If you're using the Document Feeder, adjust the Document Guide Plates for the document size. Also, ensure the Document Guide Plates are snug against the edges of the document. If you loaded curled paper, flatten it before loading.
