COM_Num – The number of the relevant SERIAL port:1–8
baud_rate – 300–115200 (default: 9600)
data_bits – 5–8
parity – 0 (no parity), 1 (Odd), 2 (Even), 3 (Mark), or 4 (Space)
stop_bits
– 1, 1.5, 2
