Handling the swather when in use
Before starting any transport journeys,
pressurize the deployment arm hydraulic
cylinders and then set the tractor hydrau-
lics to "neutral", so that the deployment
arm transport locks are not loaded.

4.4.4 Securing the tine tips (transport
position and parked swather)
Tines that are located below 2 m when the machine is in
transport position or parked, must be secured with a tine
guard. The tine guards are located on the front and
centre hoop guards of the rotors.
Plug the tine guards (1) onto the tine.
Never move the rotors from working to
transport position while the machine is
operated across a slope.
