5.9 Adjusting the Ground Pressure
on the Rear Rotor Running Gear
The ground pressure of the outer tyre on the rear rotor
running gear can be relieved using the spring (1).
To do this:
Move the machine to the headland position
Loosen the counter nut (2)
=> Increase the spring length „a“ of the outer tyre on
the rear rotor running gear to relieve more pressure.
=> Reduce the spring length „a“ of the outer tyre on the
rear rotor running gear to relieve less pressure.
Tighten the counter nut (2).
