REPAIR
Tools and repair accessories
With the following tools, all described disassembly and repair work can be done:
A pin-torx screw
head of a security
screw looks like this:

Torque screwdriver with tamper
proof security Torx bit T9
or
Torx screwdriver for security
screws, Pin-TX9
1 screw for HMI module (1)
6 screws for base cover (10)
3 screws on the ring for housing right (4) and
housing left (5)
Phillips screwdriver no. 1
2 screws on locking handle (16)
2 screws on magnet holder (part of 30)
1 screw for metal sheet in extraction head (near reed
switch)
2 screws for strain relief clip on power cord
Flat head screwdriver, suggested
blade width: 4 mm
To open latches and snap connections.
To remove connectors from main PCB.
Flat nose pliers
Flat receptacles
Hose clips
Remove filter of water tank connector
Pointed pliers Spring clip for NTC temperature sensor
Hook Springs in extraction head.
Fork wrench no. 12
Adjustable high pressure pump outlet.
Hose cutter (special tool)
Cut off pressure hoses.
Cut new pressure hoses to length
Cutter knife
To remove hot stamped supports of
- hall sensor PCB on extraction head
- micro switch for detection of head position.
Heat conducting paste Contact surface of NTC temperature sensor
Repair stand (manufactured by
service centre)
To fix the coffee machine in an upside down posi-
tion for repair
Towel, cleaning utensils Wipe away leaking water, final cleaning
