REPAIR
Replace building block
1. Unplug following connectors from building block PCB (part of building block 15):
• Building block connector 1 (a)
• Building block connector 2 (b)
• Flow meter connector (c)
• Flat receptacle of white pump wire (d)
2. Remove flow meter (22) p. 42.
3. Pull silicone elbow (21) out of hose holder on building block PCB cover.
4. Remove hose clip (26) with pointed pliers and pull off hot water pressure hose from
thermoblock.
5. Remove hose clip (26) with pointed pliers and pull off pump pressure hose from
thermoblock.

Use a small flathead
screwdriver to lever
the connectors out of
their sockets.
This flat receptacle has a special connector latching.
Press down lever with flat nose pliers when pulling recep-
tacle.
