FINAL TESTS
Pressure test / flow rate (at 8 bar) / water temperature
1. Open locking lever.
2. Remove and open capsule holder.
3. Insert dummy capsule into capsule
holder.
Realign dummy
capsule if locking
lever cannot be closed
completely.
4. Align dummy capsule to injector: Turn
dummy capsule until positioning
screw head fits in dent inside of
capsule holder.
5. Close capsule holder.
6. Insert capsule holder in machine.
7. Carefully close locking lever.
A stand with a
stand clamp can be
helpful to fix the pres-
sure gauge.
8. Assemble test device:
•
Connect a flexible tube piece (A, approx
.
25 mm long) to T-connector (B).
• Connect T-connector (B) and pressure
control valve (D) with a flexible tube
piece (C, approx. 25 mm long).
• Connect pressure gauge (E) with tube
to T-connector (B).
9. Connect test device to fitting at
bottom of dummy capsule.
10. Open pressure valve fully.
