Main work
(All 125/150 models)
– Check the routing of the throttle cable.
The throttle cable must be routed along the back of the handlebar, to the
right of the frame, below the fuel tank bracket, and to the carburetor. The
throttle cable must be fixed on the fuel tank bracket with a rubber band.
» If the throttle cable is not routed as specified:
– Correct the throttle cable routing.

– Check the throttle cable routing.
The throttle cable must be routed along the back of the handlebar, to the
right of the frame, below the fuel tank bracket, and to the carburetor. The
throttle cable must be fixed on the fuel tank bracket with a rubber band.
» If the throttle cable is not routed as specified:
– Correct the throttle cable routing.
Finishing work
– Install the fuel tank. ( p. 64)
– Mount the seat. ( p. 56)
11.42 Checking the rubber grip

– Check the rubber grips on the handlebar for damage and wear and to ensure they
are firmly seated.
» If a rubber grip is damaged, worn, or loose:
– Change and secure the rubber grip.
