– Raise the rear of the air filter box lid . At the same time, use your other hand to press
on the carburetor connection boot to kink it at that location. This prevents the carbu-
retor connection boot from disconnecting from the carburetor.
– Unhook the air filter holder and swing it to the side. Remove the air filter with the
air filter support.
– Remove the air filter from the air filter support.
