– Fix the main shaft in the vise with the geared end facing downward.
Guideline
Use soft jaws.
– Remove stop disk 1 and second-gear fixed gear 2.
– Remove the sixth-gear idler gear 3.
– Remove the split needle bearing 4 and stop disk 5.
– Remove lock ring 6.
– Remove the third/fourth-gear sliding gear 7.
– Remove lock ring 8.
– Remove stop disk 9 and fifth-gear idler gear bk.
– Remove bearing bush bl.
