6.1 Adjusting the compression damping of the fork
Info
The hydraulic compression damping determines the fork suspension behavior.

Turn adjusting screws 1 clockwise all the way.
Info
The adjusting screws are located at the bottom end of the fork legs.
Make the same adjustment on both fork legs.
Turn back counterclockwise by the number of clicks corresponding to the fork type.
Guideline
Compression damping
Comfort 20 clicks
Standard 15 clicks
Sport 10 clicks
Full payload 10 clicks

Turn clockwise to increase damping; turn counterclockwise to reduce damp-
ing.
6.2 Adjusting the rebound damping of the fork

The hydraulic rebound damping determines the fork rebound behavior.

Turn adjusting screws 1 clockwise all the way.

The adjusting screws are located at the top end of the fork legs.
Make the same adjustment on both fork legs.
Turn back counterclockwise by the number of clicks corresponding to the fork type.

6.3 Bleeding the fork legs
Preparatory work
Lean the motorcycle on the side stand.

Main work
Briefly loosen bleeder screws 1.
Any excess pressure escapes from the interior of the fork.
Mount and tighten bleeder screws.

Carry out this action on both fork legs.
