8.0 Driving
8.1 Getting on and off
Please observe the following
before getting on or off:
•The
scooter must be standing on
firm, level and non-slippery ground.
•The engaging lever for push mode
must be in the drive position (see
chapt.9.0)
•Turn off and remove the key.
•Tilt the steering column
forwards (see chap. 6.3)
•When getting in and out, ensure
that your clothing does not get
caught on the drive lever.
After you have got onto the scooter,
pull the seat lock (1) forwards again,
turn the seat to face the direction of
travel (4) and
engage.
Accident hazard due
to non-engaged seat!
• Ensure that the seat
is
properly
engaged
after
getting
on
by
turning the
seat slightly left
and
right.
