Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the item to be check.
* : The current counts are displayed.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Clearing the all copy counts and machine life counts (one time only)
Description
Resets all of the counts back to zero.
Supplement
The total account counter and the machine life counter can be cleared only once if all count val-
ues are 1000 or less.
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Press [EXECUTE].
3. Press the start key. All copy counts and machine life counts are cleared.
[CAN NOT EXECUTE] is displayed if the count cannot be cleared.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
