Description of the Job Log Screen
Items shown in each job log screen and the function of each key are as follows.
Printing Job Log Screen

Display / Key Description
End Date Job completed date
Type Icon indicates job type.
FAX reception
Job Name Job Name or file name
User Name User name
Blank if no information is available
Result Result is indicated.
Completed: Job ended properly.
Canceled: Job was canceled.
Error: Job ended improperly due to error.
Job Type Specific type of job can be indicated (Fax reception in this screen).

Display / Key Description
End Date Job completed date
Type Icon indicates job type.
FAX transmission
Destination Recipient (destination name or fax number)
User Name User name
Blank if no information is available
Result Result is indicated.
Completed: Job ended properly.
Canceled: Job was canceled.
Error: Job ended improperly due to error.
Waiting: Although the received signal is not confirmed yet, a job is ended.
Job Type Specific type of job can be indicated (Fax transmission in this screen).
