Fax receipt can also be notified by e-mail instead of checking the receipt result report.

Display the screen.
[Home] key > [...] > [System Menu] > [Notification/Report] > "Result Report Setting"
[RX Result] > [RX Result Report Type] > [Email]

Select the destination.
Select from the address book
1 [Email Address Book] > [ Addr. Book]
2 Select the destination from the Address Book and select [OK].
Enter the E-mail address
1 Select [Email Address Entry].
2 Enter the address of the destination and select [OK].

NOTE
This setting is displayed when the FAX RX Result Report setting is [On] or [Error/
Storing in Box].

If the setting is [Error/Storing in Box], E-mail notification is provided when an error
occurs or a received fax is forwarded to Subaddress Box.
