4. If you select The issue is not related to LaMetric , the screen with email application opens. Explain
the problem and send.
5. If you select Lametric you have a problem with, then choose whether to send device information or
not.
6. If you choose Yes , you can send an email with device information, that can help to solve your
problem faster(we recommend to use this option). If you choose No , an email without this information
will be sent. Write your message in email application and send.
