What to do if I get 'No response from device!' with XPort™ Installer on Lantronix Server?

This message usually appears because the hardware address you entered is incorrect, the IP address you're trying to assign isn't valid for your logical subnet, or the subnet mask you selected is wrong. Double-check the parameters you've entered. Remember, you can't assign an IP address to a server through a router.
