The INTERLEAVED command enables or disables random inter-
leaved sampling (RIS). An environment error (see Table 6, page
82) will be generated if the user attempts to turn off RIS when the
time-base setting allows "ON" only, or to turn on RIS when the
time-base setting allows "OFF" only (see table below).

RIS is not available for sequence mode acquisitions and therefore
an attempt to turn it on in that mode will also result in an environ-
ment error.
The response to the INTERLEAVED? query indicates whether
the oscilloscope is in the RIS mode.
