Canceling the function
A self-timer delay time in progress can be canceled
by turning o the camera,
during the first 10s of a 12s self-timer delay time by pressing
any one of the
TL/TR/BR/BL buttons.
If you no longer want to use the self-timer, select a dierent item in
the
Drive Mode submenu. The function is also deactivated by
turning o the camera.
Note:
This menu item can be assigned to one of the soft keys for direct
access, and also to the
FAVORITES menu.
LENS PROFILES
When Leica SL lenses are attached to the Leica SL, lens-related
data is automatically read by the camera. If other lens types such
as certain Leica M lenses are used with the help of an adapter (see
'Accessories', p, 272), the respective lens data must be entered
manually. This is done by selecting the lens from a list.
Setting the function
1. In the menu’s
SETUP section, select Lens Profiles,
2. in the submenu,
M-Lenses, and
3. in the corresponding submenu, the desired lens.
Note:
There are a few functional restrictions when using Leica M and R
lenses with the respective adapters,:
Only the exposure control modes
T and M are available.
Only manual focusing is available, i.e. no autofocus-related
functions.
The set aperture cannot be displayed, instead,
F-.- is shown.
