3.5. Switching system IO
Definitions
• Position of the toggle switch:
Top: HIGH; Bottom: LOW
• Function indication LED:
ON: Voltage at input or output of inverter: HIGH (24 V)
OFF: Voltage at input or output of inverter: LOW (0 V)
Assembly
1. Switch off the voltage supply of the inverter.
2. Connect the Sub-D socket on the connecting cable from the cable
kit to the Sub-D connector on the front face of the switching sys-
tem IO.
3. Connect the Sub-D connector on the connecting cable from the
cable kit to the desired Sub-D socket on the front face of the
teachware.
Commissioning of the switching system IO
1. Switch all toggle switch to LOW.
Exception: Toggle switch AI1 Pot. / AI1 Bush.
2. Set the potentiometer to “0”, i.e. to the left as far as it will go.
3. Switch on the 24 V power supply at the teachware.
4. Check whether the green LED "24Vbox ON" light up.
5. The inverter can now be controlled by means of the switching system IO.
Please note the instructions in the documentation of the Lenze devices.
