4.5 Mechanical Installation of Stand-Alone and EasyConnect Model
The Stand-Alone and EasyConnect model are delivered with the mounting base plate MBP-i30.1, which can
be used to fix the driver with four screws on the mounting slots of the base plate (see Figure 13 for the Stand-
Alone and Figure 14 for the EasyConnect model). Mounting of the driver can be done in either the horizontal
or vertical position.
When mounting the pump head fittings into a circuit it has to be taken care that no mechanical stress is acting
on the fittings, which can result in distorting creeping effects. The outlet orientation of the pump head can be
changed in steps of 45° by assembling the pump head accordingly (see Figure 33).

For higher chemical resistance of the connectors of the EasyConnect model protective covers are available
(see Table 3 for order information) as illustrated in Figure 34.

4.6 Mechanical Installation of OEM Model
If the mounting base plate MBP-i30.1 is used, the driver can be fixed with four screws on the mounting slots
of the base plate (see Figure 16). Mounting of the driver can be done in either the horizontal or vertical position.
Alternatively, the 2 screws on the side of the driver are an option to be used (see Figure 15). When mounting
the pump head fittings into a circuit it has to be taken care that no mechanical stress is acting on the fittings,
which can result in distorting creeping effects. The outlet orientation of the pump head can be changed in steps
of 45° by assembling the pump head according to Figure 33.
4.6.1 Mechanical Installation of Water Cooling Module
The water cooling module WCM-i30.2 can be mounted to the driver top as illustrated in Figure 17. The cooling
liquid (for example water) can be connected over the two NPT 1/8” fittings (see Figure 17). A minimum cooling
liquid flow of 0.4 l/min at @ ≤ 20°C temperature is recommended.
