Note: A 121.32 fuser error may occur if the ambient temperature is below the freezing point. Printers are
optimized to operate in an environment where temperature is between 60 and 90°F and relative
humidity is between 8 to 80%.

connection to the controller board.
• Check the cable PCN5 for proper connection to the power
supply.
Are they properly connected?
Go to step 3. Reseat the cables.

Are the cables JTHERM1, JEXIT and PCN5 free of damage?
Go to step 4. Replace the fuser.
