Transfer roller removal
1 Open the front door.
CAUTION—HOT SURFACE: The inside of the printer might be hot. To reduce the risk of injury from a
hot component, allow the surface to cool before touching it.
2 Release the two latches (A) on each end of the transfer roller.

3 Remove the roller.
Jam access cover removal
1 Open the front door.
2 Remove the screw (A), and then release the cable from the jam access cover.
3 Push down, and then pull the two ends (B) of the springs to remove them.
4 Repeat step 3 for the other side.
5 Release the two latches (C).
