PORTION OF THE TEAMWORK

CERTIFICATE
a) Type in VIN.
b) Type in the name of the dealer-
ship.
c) Complete the service portion of
the certificate. Both Diagnostic
Specialist and Service Manager
are to sign the certificate.
d) Place certificate in proper loca-
tion in the vehicle for the delivery
process.

SIGN THE VEHICLE DELIVERY
CERTIFICATE
Remove Vehicle Delivery Certificate and
VIN number sticker sheet from glovebox.
Peel VIN number sticker off sticker sheet
and apply to "Vehicle Identification
Number" line at inside top of certificate.
he person performing PDS is required to
sign their name over "Dealership Service
Representative" line and returns certificate
and VIN sticker sheet to glovebox.
