Retrieving your email
You can automatically or manually check
your account for new email. See Changing
your email settings to check automatically.
To check manually:
1 Touch , select and
then E-mail box.
2 Choose the account you want to use,
then touch Retrieve and your KF600d
will connect to your e-mail account and
retrieve your new messages.
Sending an email using your
new account
To send/receive an email, you should set up
the email New account.
1 Make a subject and write your message
Press to attach images, videos,
sounds or other fi le types
2 Touch Send to then enter the recipients
address
3 Touch Send and your email will be sent.
TIP! You can email Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and PDF documents to your
KF600d so you can review them on the move.
Changing your email settings
You can adapt your email settings so that it
works in the way you prefer.
1 Touch , select and
then Settings.
2 Select E-mail and then you can adapt
the following settings:
Retrieve interval - Choose how often
your KF600d checks for new email
messages.
Signature - Create an email signature
and switch this feature on.
