Registering ngerprints

From the Home screen, tap
"Settings" → "Lock screen &
security" → "Fingerprints"
• If you have registered ngerprint
authentication, the screen of entering
unlock screen method is appeared. When
the unlock screen method is entered,
ngerprint authentication setting screen
is appeared.

"Next"
• After that, follow the on-screen
instructions. If you have registered, the
notication screen of adding ngerprint is
appeared and tap "Add more" to register
another ngerprint.
• If "Lock screen" screen is displayed,
set unlock screen method
("Pattern"/"PIN"/"Password"). The method
is used for when you can't use ngerprint
authentication.
• If the screen of entering the unlock
screen method, enter the method you
set, follow the instruction on the screen.
Note
• Tap of registered ngerprints set on
the ngerprint setting screen to delete
the ngerprint.
• Tap the ngerprint name registered on
the ngerprint setting screen to change
the name of ngerprint.
Authenticating ngerprints

Place your nger over the ngerprint
sensor
• Place your registered nger over the
ngerprint sensor.
• If you swipe (ick) the screen up and
down, left to right on the lock screen and
unlock the screen with the set unlock
screen method.
• If authentication is failed, release your
nger once and place it on the ngerprint
sensor again.
