Periodic inspection of trucks
The head of the establishment concerned must conduct
periodic general inspections of the truck, or arrange for
these to be conducted, in order to ensure early detection
of any potentially dangerous deterioration. (Article R. 233-
11 of the working code introduced by Decree No. 93-41.)
