Reassembly steps
1) Wind the spring into the cover and hook
spring’s outer hook to the notch of the spring
cover.
2) Align the spring’s outer hook with reel’s groove, and
install the cover onto the reel.
3) Grease the tab on the starter case. Install the starter
reel and turn the starter reel leftward to hook the inner
hook to the tab on the starter case.
4) Make a figure eight knot at the rope end, feed the
other end through starter reel’s rope hole and pull
the rope out of the hole by a certain length. Then
turn starter reel counterclockwise five turns.
