3. Scan time monitor
a. Scan time can be monitored 『Online』-『PLC Information』-『Performance』.
b. Scan time is save in special relay (F) area as follows.
i. F0050: max. value of scan time (unit: 0.1ms)
ii. F0051: min. value of scan time (unit: 0.1ms)
iii. F0052: current value of scan time (unit: 0.1ms)
4.5 Memory
There are two types of memory in CPU module that the user can use. One is Program Memory that saves the
program written by the user to run the program. The other is Data Memory that provides the device an area to
save the data during operation.
4.5.1 Data Memory
1. Bit device area
Various Bit Device are provided per function. The indication method is indicated by:
a. Device type for first character
b. Word location by decimal for middle digits
c. Bit location in hexadecimal for the last digit
