(9) Tightening state of Bolts and Nuts of each part
Check if the bolt or nut of each part is loosened and If loosened, tighten it again.
Check the bolts and nuts of tires before starting engine.
(10) Adjustment of Brake pedal play
Check the distance of brake pedal play.
Normal distance : 100~110mm (3.9~4.3 in)
If the distance is more than 110mm (4.3 in),
adjust it as below.
1. Loosen locking nut of the left side first and turn

brake rod to adjust.
2. If brake rod is tightened, the distance shall be
reduced, and if brake rod is loosened, the
distance shall be increased.
3. After adjusting distance, tighten the locking nut.
4. Adjust the brake rod of the right side as the same
way.
5. Check if the brake distance is normal as below.

Checking brake distance.
1. Check the skid mark of tire or balance of tractor
while driving at a normal speed.
2. If the brake distance is different as shown in right
figure, adjust the brake rod again.
3. Tighten the brake rod of the opposite side
against the inclination a little until the brake
distance is normal.
