Note!
When defining an arc with the 1TPR option selected, a1 has no effect on the resultant zone, r1 will define arc
length, a 2 has no effect, and r2 defines sector depth.
POINT ZONE
Settings made under this option are valid for all turn points except start and finish. The basic principle is the
same as described above, except that the orientation (Hdg) has following options:
• STR., to start sector or line
• FIX, allows user defined value to be set
• SYMM., symmetrical to bisector of the inbound and outbound legs
• PREV, to previous turn point
• NEXT, to next turn point
a 12 (orientation) is defined automatically (AUTO) with all options except FIX.
Angle and radius are set as described in the start sector above.
Example: This describes the most complex sector where all parameters are used: combining a photosector with a
cylinder (sometimes referred to as a ‘thistle’)
FINISH ZONE
Hdg (Orientation):
• LAST, orientated to the last turn point
• FIX, user value
a1, r1, a2 and r2 are defined as described previously.
Note!
For ease of programming, it is recommended that the zones are defined using the LXe PC program and then
transferred to the Colibri.
